{"id":1193,"date":"2009-12-06T23:50:52","date_gmt":"2009-12-07T03:50:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/heroesinrehab.ca\/blog\/?p=1193"},"modified":"2009-12-06T23:50:52","modified_gmt":"2009-12-07T03:50:52","slug":"please-stand-by","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/heroesinrehab.ca\/blog\/2009\/12\/06\/please-stand-by\/","title":{"rendered":"Please Stand By"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You may have noticed it&#8217;s been a little quiet around here the last little while.\u00a0 Just trying to keep my head above water at work these days;\u00a0 it&#8217;s not that I&#8217;ve stopped writing, it&#8217;s just that basically all of my writing is being done at and for work.\u00a0 By the time I get home nowadays, I am just flat out too tired to pound out much of any worth at the keyboard.<\/p>\n<p>I am hoping that the pressure at work will abate a bit in the next two weeks, and that I&#8217;ll be back to blogging as usual by Christmas.<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, do what I&#8217;ve been doing &#8211; listen to my brother at <a title=\"Slug is Doug, and vice versa\" href=\"http:\/\/www.slugisdoug.com\" target=\"_blank\">Slug is Doug<\/a>;\u00a0 he&#8217;s trying his hand at podcasting, and he&#8217;s pretty good at it, I think.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You may have noticed it&#8217;s been a little quiet around here the last little while.
